Products that require printed/embroidered can take up to 7-10 working days from confirmation or order (and receipt of artwork).
Standard UK, Ireland and Netherlands Delivery FREE over £150
Standard delivery is FREE for all orders over £150 net and just £4.95 for orders under £100 net, in the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands.
We use DPD as our preferred courier.
For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands/Isle Of Man, the total delivery charge is £20. Delivery may take 3 to 4 business days.
Please note that we cannot leave items without a signature.

The basic prices are as below and are for a single box.

Products without a logo or personalisation can average 2 – 3 working days for delivery.
Products with a logo or personalisation will average 7 – 10 working days from when artwork is approved. This can extend beyond the allotted time frame in peak seasons and is subject to stock availability.
We will try our best to meet customer requirements. If you require an order within a specific time frame please let us know when placing the order and we will strive to fulfil the order in time.
Should any delays occur, our customer services team will be in touch to provide regular updates as well as alternative garments where appropriate.
In the case of shortage or damage the carriers receipt must be retained and FP Uniformz informed within 48 hours from delivery date.

Fantasy Prints Ltd can accept no responsibility for delays beyond their control. When you order we will contact you within 1 business day to confirm receipt and give an ETA for finished work. Once printed/embroidered we send all products by either Royal Mail or courier.
On Checkout you may have a few options available depending on what products/services you have ordered. All deliveries must be checked for the correct number of parcels and items enclosed, any discrepancies must be made known to Fantasy Prints Ltd within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
How long will my order take?
Dispatch times will vary depending on quantity and complexity of orders. We aim to get all orders printed and ready to send within 10 working days. We can turn some jobs around within 24 hours. Let us know when you require your order and we will try our best to meet your time frame.
What to do if your items has not arrived?
All orders are tracked, either by Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 working days) or by courier (24hrs). You will be emailed a tracking number when order is dispatched. If the courier cannot get a signature for delivery they will leave a card with contact details for the local branch.
What are your cut off points for delivery?
If your order does not involve embroidery or printing, order before 5pm Monday-Thursday, we aim to dispatch within 48 hours of taking your order. Orders over the weekend are generally despatched on Tuesday.
My product has arrived damaged what do I do?
Always CHECK THE PARCEL before signing. Once signed you have agreed the parcel has arrived in good condition. If after signing you notice damage you must contact us immediately. We cannot make a claim against the delivery companies after 48hrs if parcel(s) have been signed for.
